Room Rates

RENTAL FEES

The standard room rate for single occupant is P5,000.

The standard bed space rental fee are as follows:

P1250/month inclusive of light and water consumption except laundry

Terms of payment:

• There will be two (2) months advance payment (consumable)
• There will be two (2) months deposit (refundable)

Requirements for occupants:

For Employees

• 1 piece 2×2 pictures
• 2 valid Identification cards
• Payslip and company ID

For Students

• 1 piece 2×2 pictures
• School ID card
• 2 parents’/guardians’ ID
